Care Chairs

The original Regency Care Chair is the foundation on which the Sertain® range was built. The Regency care chair still remains one of the most versatile high dependency chairs available and many of the features on it are still unique. Developed in the late 1980’s and constantly updated and improved, the manually operated Regency Care Chair remains just as valid as it did in 1987 when it was first launched. The Regency Care Chair is simple and easy to operate, with gas actuators assisting the carer whilst tilting or reclining the chair to achieve optimum positioning for the patient. Covers, as with the Sertain range, are antibacterial and waterproof and breathable.

REGENCY

R2900 Care Chair

The R2900 has long been the mainstay of the Regency Care Chair range – there are a wide range of sizes, options and configurations to make this one of the most versatile and adaptable high dependency care chairs available.

The R2900 will lie flat and can even be placed in a trendelenburg position.

Armrests can be either drop down or removable(optional extra) and the chair will take many adaptations and accessories meaning that it can be tailored specifically to the particular clinical area into which it is going to be utilized.

The R2900 is very robust and is easy to thoroughly clean and repair – it’s the perfect all round chair for Elderly Care, Acute Stroke and Neurological conditions.

SERTAIN

An electrically operated range of high dependency care chairs, all with battery back-up. The flagship S4300 is the Intensive Care Chair of choice. The S4100EW – a unique bariatric solution, ideal for post op recovery for the bariatric patient. The S4100 – a popular and versatile chair covering a wide spectrum of needs. Certain features are common to every chair in our Sertain® range – the ability to lie the chair completely flat, pressure care cushioning throughout, mobile castor bases, Sanitized® Silver and Actifresh® antibacterial healthcare fabrics used throughout.

S4300 Care Chair

Intensive Care is a challenging area and it can be difficult or even impossible to sit out patients with complex needs using traditional seating or even some specialist care chairs. The S4300 series of chairs, however, offers unique possibilities within this demanding environment and there are genuine benefits for patients and carers – why is the S4300 different:

S4100EW Care Chair

The S4100EW care chair is a unique high dependency care chair for bariatric patients, with a 350kg weight limit. The S4100EW has an electrically adjustable fully reclining backrest, seat tilt(forward and rearward) and elevating and length adjustable channel legrest. Drop down(or removable) armrests and wings, facilitate cleaning, side transfers and sling fitting / removal. MULTIFIX armrests are installed as standard, offering easily interchangeable seat widths of 700mm or 760mm on one chair chassis. Wider seat widths are available as custom build options.
